	bibo:abstract "Pada tahun 2022, kasus peredaran rokok ilegal meningkat di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan penindakan rokok ilegal Bea Cukai Bojonegoro memegang peranan penting. Oleh karena itu, teori Good Corporate Governance yang baik yang meliputi lima indikator yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian, dan keadilan dapat mengukur keberhasilan Bea Cukai Bojonegoro dalam melakukan penindakan peredaran rokok ilegal. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif Creswell, yang menyajikan hasil pembahasan penelitian melalui metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman, yang melihat analisis sebagai tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan validasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance sudah sangat baik dalam memberantas rokok ilegal, namun dalam indikator sikap pertanggungjawaban masih kurang karena dalam memberikan edukasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat belum sepenuhnya merata."^^xsd:string;
