Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology guided by the PRISMA framework, the research identifies critical factors affecting the effectiveness of PPP models. The findings reveal that while PPP can foster innovation and enhance financial sustainability, issues related to governance, frequent renegotiations, and misaligned objectives between public and private sectors often undermine their success. The study highlights the need for improved governance structures, equitable risk-sharing, and greater transparency to optimize PPP performance. These findings have significant implications for eco-tourism and digital technology, where community engagement is crucial for long-term success. This research makes a novel contribution by addressing the broader social-economic implications of PPP and offering actionable recommendations to balance private-sector efficiency with public welfare goals, encompassing sustainable development initiatives and ensuring sustainable and resilient partnerships across diverse contexts.
