At the same time, sophisticated information technology has entered the organizational system in all sectors. Virtual leadership and a competitive organizational culture help all sectors to stay competent through this uncertain era. This research aims to formulate a virtual leadership model and competitive organizational culture in the VUCA era. Researchers use Vos Viewer to conduct bibliometric analysis on previous research findings obtained through the PRISMA Systematic literature review model method. The results show that virtual leadership that is agile and creative and applies trust will help organizations succeed in the VUCA era. Intense communication, technology adjustments, and virtual teams will help facilitate the implementation of virtual leadership. In addition, a competitive organizational culture with an agile organization will allow for a proper work culture response. Some of the schemes that can be implemented are sustainable talent management, innovation, and CSR. These findings formulate a suitable model of virtual leadership and competitive organizational culture to get through the VUCA era. The limitations of research only focused globally do not lead to one sector, so the researchers recommend that future researchers highlight specific sectors in depth.
