	bibo:abstract "kerentanan Bojonegoro terhadap bencana alam banjir menyebabkan pemerintah Daerah perlu berperan aktif dalam melindungi masyarakatnya. Untuk menangani penanggulangan bencana di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Pemerintah Kabupaten membentuk Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) sesuai dengan Undang Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2007. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat sejauh mana implementasi Perda No 24 Tahun 2007. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menekankan pentingnya evaluasi rutin, optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dan keuangan, karakteristik pelaksana, sikap pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi, serta kondisi ekonomi, sosial, dan politik yang mendukung. Studi menunjukkan bahwa untuk membangun infrastruktur pengendalian banjir, diperlukan peningkatan ketinggian tanggul dan partisipasi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan aturan untuk mengendalikan banjir di Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih dihadapi oleh berbagai tantangan, salah satunya adalah kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat."^^xsd:string;
