By having abundant natural resources, the cost of lime production in this area tends to be lower compared to other areas. Therefore, this study aims to improve the company's competitiveness in the local market. This assistance focuses on two main strategies, namely the first, Cost Competitive Advantage and the second, Differentiation Competitive Advantage.
