	bibo:abstract "Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengarui perubahan bidang tanah yang terkait dengan pendaftaran tanah serta pajak bumi dan bangunan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan secara spasial terhadap perubahan bidang terkait dengan administrasi pertanahan khususnya pendaftaran tanah serta pajak bumi dan bangunan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jumlah bidang yang mengalami perubahan disebabkan adanya pembagian hak bersama atau disebut juga dengan warinsan. kemudian untuk faktor penggunaan lahan pada permukiman paling tinggi yang mengalami perubahan yaitu 70 %. Perubahan bidang tersebut disebabkan adanya pemecahan bidang tanah dengan persentase 72% dengan lokasi yang bersekatan dengan akses jalan desa maupun jalan lorong atau gang."^^xsd:string;
