	bibo:abstract "Penjadwalan proyek adalah faktor kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan pelaksanaan sesuai rencana. Kendala seperti sumber daya terbatas, pelaporan yang tidak tepat, dan biaya tinggi sering menjadi tantangan dalam manajemen proyek. Keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek sangat merugikan baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu. Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada proyek Pembangunan Rehabilitasi Berat Gedung Rawat Jalan Dan Administrasi di RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Kabupaten Tuban yang pada pelaksanaanya mengalami keterlambatan selama 10 hari, Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan durasi rehabilitasi gedung RSUD dr. R. Koesma di Kabupaten Tuban menggunakan metode PERT untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, mengurangi risiko keterlambatan, dan memastikan keberhasilan proyek secara menyseluruh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggabungkan dua pendekatan, metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) untuk menghitung estimasi durasi yang diharapkan dari setiap pekerjaan, dan Microsoft Project 2016 untuk menyusun jadwal proyek yang memungkinkan identifikasi kegiatan kritis dan analisis jaringan kerja. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode PERT dan Microsoft Project 2016 menunjukan proyek diperkirakan selesi dalam 115 hari, lebih cepat dari rencana 133 hari. Probabilitas penyelesian proyek proyek selesai pada target durasi rencana T(d) = 133 hari adalah sebesar 99,9%. Menadakan kemungkinan tinggi proyek akan selesai tepat waktu."^^xsd:string;
