	bibo:abstract "Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih terus berupaya menuntaskan pembangunan baik infrastuktur maupun sarapana prasana lainnya. Salah satu hal yang menjadi faktor menunjang keberhasilan proyek adalah tersedianya berbagai sumber daya manusia yang memadai dan expert dibidangnya. Sehingga perusahaan jasa konstruksi terus maju dan berkembang serta mendapatkan profit oriented yang baik pula. Banyak aspek yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap tenaga kerja dan harus dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan organisasi tersebut. Aspek- aspek tersebut meliputi aspek kompetensi, motivasi, loyalitas dan disiplin kerja. Jika aspek sumber daya manusia tersebut dapat dipenuhi, maka kinerja pekerja akan meningkat sehingga produktivitas SDM tersebut juga meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menyusun secara global aktivitas manajemen proyek dalam bentuk Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam manajemen proyek harus mempertimbangkan beberapa hal antara lain yaitu kompetensi, motivasi, loyalitas, dan disiplin dalam kerja, serta sikap optimis, selain itu dari diagram Activity On Arrow membutuhkan waktu 20 hari untuk menentukan kebutuhan SDM yang diperlukan dalam penyusunan perencanaan manajemen proyek."^^xsd:string;
