      "abstract": "Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen dan kenyamanan belanja konsumen untuk menentukan keputusan memilih belanja pada toko ritel modern. Jenis riset menggunakan metode pengumpuan data melalui pengamatan, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Metode pemeriksaan informasi pada riset ini dengan pemeriksaan langsung dengan software aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Consumer Behavior (X1), Kenyamanan Konsumen (X2) dan Keputusan Memilih (Y). Hasil temuan penelitian ini, consumer behavior dan kenyamanan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pemilihan belanja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen mempengaruhi keputusan memilih. Begitupun, variabel kenyamanan konsumen mempengaruhi keputusan memilih pada toko ritel modern.",
