	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan utama untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap motif bekerja sebagai pekerja tambang minyak tradisional di Wonocolo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Fokus penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan jenis-jenis motif (intrinsik dan ekstrinsik) yang dominan, dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh dua faktor kontekstual utama: Geosite (risiko fisik/lingkungan dan peluang ekonomi) dan Culturesite (warisan budaya, identitas komunal, dan solidaritas sosial). Keputusan bekerja di sini dianalisis menggunakan Konsep Pilihan Rasional, di mana pekerja menukarkan risiko fisik ekstrem (cost dari Geosite) dengan imbalan finansial superior (benefit). Culturesite berfungsi sebagai penguat motif sosial dan intrinsik, menyediakan jaring pengaman non-fisik dan identitas yang membuat pekerja loyal dan mampu menoleransi bahaya."^^xsd:string;
