	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran transparansi informasi dan komunikasi efektif dalam mendukung tata kelola pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis prinsip open government di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, penelitian ini menggali penerapan prinsip transparansi, partisipasi, dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun upaya penerapan open government telah dilakukan, masih terdapat tantangan seperti koordinasi antarlembaga yang belum optimal, partisipasi masyarakat yang terbatas, dan pemanfaatan media digital yang belum maksimal. Melalui model kolaborasi Pentahelix yang melibatkan pemerintah, akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, dan media, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pariwisata yang transparan, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro."^^xsd:string;
