        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi olahan buah belimbing melalui integrasi metode Lean Six Sigma di Pokdarwis/Kelompok Tani Mekar Sari, Kalitidu, Bojonegoro. UKM ini menghadapi tantangan signifikan berupa pemborosan (waste) seperti produk cacat, waktu tunggu, dan proses tidak efisien, yang berdampak pada biaya produksi dan daya saing. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Lean Six Sigma, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis waste dominan serta akar penyebabnya. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis Fishbone Diagram untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab cacat (manusia, material, mesin, metode, lingkungan) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan berdasarkan Risk Priority Number (RPN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi sirup belimbing masih mengandung pemborosan signifikan, terutama pada tahap persiapan bahan baku dan perendaman. Faktor material (RPN 196), manusia (RPN 168), dan metode (RPN 150) teridentifikasi sebagai penyebab utama. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penyusunan dan penerapan SOP, pelatihan karyawan, perbaikan fasilitas, serta monitoring kualitas berkala. Implementasi Lean Six Sigma diharapkan dapat secara signifikan mengurangi pemborosan, menekan biaya produksi, dan meningkatkan kualitas serta daya saing produk olahan buah belimbing.</dc:description>
