Pendekatan penelitian bersifat eksperimental di laboratorium dengan rancangan Marshall mengacu pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 (Revisi II). RAP digunakan sebagai substitusi fraksi agregat pada campuran AC WC, kemudian dilakukan penambahan PET melalui metode kering (dry process) pada beberapa variasi kadar. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi stabilitas, flow, Voids in Mix (VIM), Voids in Mineral Aggregate (VMA), Voids Filled with Asphalt (VFA), dan Marshall Quotient (MQ) untuk menentukan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) serta kadar PET yang paling efektif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gradasi campuran memenuhi batas amplop AC-WC dan KAO pada campuran AC WC dengan RAP sebesar 7,30%.
