	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kolaborasi bisnis, human capital, dan digital marketing terhadap pertumbuhan usaha mikro kecil (UMK). Kolaborasi bisnis diharapkan dapat memperluas jaringan dan meningkatkan efisiensi, sementara human capital diharapkan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan usaha. Di sisi lain, digital marketing diperkirakan dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan UMK melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan UMK, yang mungkin disebabkan oleh kurangnya sinergi yang efektif antara UMK dan mitra bisnis. Sebaliknya, human capital terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan UMK, di mana keterampilan dan pengetahuan pengusaha memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha. Selain itu, digital marketing juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan UMK, dengan pemanfaatan media sosial, e-commerce, dan platform digital lainnya yang membantu UMK memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan visibilitas. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar UMK fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan pengusaha dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung pertumbuhan usaha mereka. Selain itu, meskipun kolaborasi bisnis dapat memberikan manfaat, seleksi mitra yang tepat sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan kolaborasi tersebut."^^xsd:string;
