Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan tata kelola pemerintahan pada Bagian Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro secara umum telah menerapkan Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik (AUPB), 2) Implementasi prinsip-prinsip good and clean governance pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro secara umum telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 10 Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan.Prodi Hukum2026-07-02Hukum;HukumThesis
