	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transfer fiskal, penanaman modal asing (PMA), dan penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan antarkabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah periode 2017-2025. Menggunakan data panel seimbang dari 13 kabupaten/kota, penelitian ini menerapkan estimator First Difference GMM (FD-GMM) Arellano-Bond two-step untuk menangkap hubungan dinamis jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, dengan ketimpangan diukur menggunakan Indeks Williamson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transfer fiskal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pada jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, karena dana bagi hasil sumber daya alam cenderung terkonsentrasi ke daerah penghasil seperti Kabupaten Morowali. PMA berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, mencerminkan efek spillover yang mendorong konvergensi antardaerah. PMDN berpengaruh positif signifikan pada jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, menunjukkan investasi domestik masih terkonsentrasi tanpa efek penyebaran (spread effect) yang memadai ke daerah tertinggal."^^xsd:string;
