	bibo:abstract "Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspor dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan kesempatan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi di Wilayah Sulawesi periode 2015–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan EViews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ekspor, PMDN, dan kesempatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Interaksi antara ekspor dan kesempatan kerja serta PMDN dan kesempatan kerja juga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sehingga kesempatan kerja tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh ekspor maupun PMDN terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, secara simultan variabel ekspor, PMDN, kesempatan kerja, dan variabel interaksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi."^^xsd:string;
