	bibo:abstract "Sektor pertanian memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang sebagian besar penduduknya menggantungkan mata pencaharian pada sektor ini. Namun, kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat belum sepenuhnya optimal akibat berbagai kendala struktural, termasuk rendahnya produktivitas lahan dan ketidakstabilan pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh nilai produksi sektor pertanian, luas lahan pertanian, dan penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Landasan teori yang digunakan meliputi Teori Kesejahteraan Ekonomi (Welfare Economics), Teori Transformasi Penggunaan Lahan (Land Use Change Theory), Teori Produktivitas Lahan Pertanian, dan Teori Kesempatan Kerja (Employment Theory). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak EViews 12. Data diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dan studi pustaka berupa data sekunder time series tahun 2008–2024 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Secara parsial, nilai produksi dan luas lahan pertanian berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian merupakan variabel paling dominan meski belum signifikan secara statistik. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan sektor pertanian melalui peningkatan produktivitas, optimalisasi lahan, dan perluasan kesempatan kerja merupakan kunci peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan."^^xsd:string;
