Repository Universitas BojonegoroFaktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penurunan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Informal Sektor Pertanian di IndonesiaSeptianiErvina SeptianiauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan sawah, produktivitas padi, dan pertumbuhan penduduk terhadap penurunan jumlah tenaga kerja informal sektor pertanian di Indonesia periode 2015–2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Kementerian Pertanian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi EViews 14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial luas lahan sawah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja informal sektor pertanian. Produktivitas padi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan pertumbuhan penduduk juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja informal sektor pertanian. Secara simultan, luas lahan sawah, produktivitas padi, dan pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja informal sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan luas lahan sawah merupakan faktor yang paling memengaruhi perubahan jumlah tenaga kerja informal sektor pertanian.
