        <dc:description>Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan pembangunan suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data yang digunakan berupa data panel dari 38 kabupaten/kota selama periode 2020–2024. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi EViews 12 melalui &#13;
pemilihan model Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan TPAK berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan &#13;
ekonomi. Secara simultan, IPM dan TPAK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur.</dc:description>
