	bibo:abstract "Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) merupakan indikator yang mencerminkan kondisi pasar tenaga kerja dan keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi. Meskipun Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi salah satu pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, tingkat pengangguran antar kabupaten/kota masih relatif tinggi dan bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK), dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Barat periode 2016–2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Open Data Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data berupa panel seimbang yang mencakup 27 kabupaten/kota selama sepuluh tahun atau sebanyak 270 observasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel melalui estimasi Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), dan Random Effect Model (REM). Berdasarkan Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman, FEM dipilih sebagai model terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RLS berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap TPT, sedangkan UMK dan TPAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT dengan Prob(F-statistic) sebesar 0,000000 (<0,05). Nilai Adjusted R-Squared sebesar 0,588538 menunjukkan model mampu menjelaskan 58,85% variasi TPT, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model."^^xsd:string;
