Repository Universitas BojonegoroAnalisis Dampak Ageing Population dan Agregat Pengeluaran Kesehatan terhadap Keberlanjutan Fiskal di IndonesiaIzahWizka Rif'atul IzahauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ageing population dan agregat pengeluaran kesehatan terhadap keberlanjutan fiskal di Indonesia periode 2009–2023, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), World Bank, dan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Variabel ageing population diukur menggunakan rasio ketergantungan usia tua, agregat pengeluaran kesehatan diukur menggunakan current health expenditure terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), sedangkan keberlanjutan fiskal diukur menggunakan rasio utang pemerintah terhadap PDB. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ageing population berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan fiskal, sedangkan agregat pengeluaran kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan fiskal. Secara simultan, ageing population dan agregat pengeluaran kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan fiskal di Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan struktur demografi menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan fiskal, sehingga diperlukan kebijakan fiskal yang adaptif serta pengelolaan pengeluaran kesehatan yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk menjaga stabilitas fiskal di masa mendatang.Prodi Ekonomi Pembangunan2026-07-01Ekonomi;Ekonomi PembangunanThesis
