	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini membahas persaingan platform e-commerce global antara Shein dan Temu dalam perspektif hukum perdagangan internasional, khususnya terkait praktik penjualan produk dengan harga sangat murah dan pengaturan hukum anti dumping dalam kerangka World Trade Organization (WTO). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah praktik penjualan produk berharga sangat murah oleh Shein dan Temu dapat dikategorikan sebagai dumping serta mengkaji respons pengaturan anti dumping WTO terhadap model bisnis platform e-commerce global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Pengumpulan bahan hukum dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, perjanjian internasional, dan literatur hukum yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik penjualan produk dengan harga sangat murah oleh Shein dan Temu belum dapat dikategorikan sebagai dumping berdasarkan Pasal VI General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 dan Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of GATT 1994 (Anti-Dumping Agreement) karena belum terpenuhinya unsur normal value, export price, margin of dumping, injury, dan causal link. Harga murah yang ditawarkan lebih dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi rantai pasok, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan model bisnis cross-border e-commerce. Selain itu, pengaturan anti dumping WTO masih berorientasi pada perdagangan konvensional dan belum mengatur secara khusus fenomena digital dumping maupun model bisnis platform e-commerce global, sehingga menimbulkan kekosongan hukum (legal gap) dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap UMKM dan industri domestik di era perdagangan digital."^^xsd:string;
