Barkah Kencana di Desa Kadengan Kecamatan Randublatung Kabupaten Blora. (2) menganalisa strategi pemasaran produksi Serbuk Jamu Herbal UD. Barkah Kencana di Desa Kadengan Kecamatan Randublatung Kabupaten Blora. Metode pengambilan sempel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Sempel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari responden yaitu 1 pemilik, 9 karyawan, 15 konsumen, 5 lembaga pemasaran. Metode analisis data ini mengunakan metode analisis matrik IFE, matrik EFE, matrik IE, dan matrik SWOT. Metode analisis data ini merupakan Upaya untuk mengidetifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman serta memahami strategi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, matrik IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) memperoleh total sekor sebesar 2,705, Matrik EFE (Exsternal Factor Evaluation) memperoleh total sekor sebesar 2,705, Sekor total 2.684. Jadi pada matrik Internal Eksternal (IE), posisi Perusahaan pada kuadran IV yang berarti posisi Perusahaan menjaga dan mempertahankan. analisis SWOT diperoleh lima alternatif strategi yang dapat diyterapkan dalam pemasaran produk olahan daun kelor. Selanjutnya pada matrik QSPM diperoleh prioritas strategi dari total daya Tarik tertiggi dengan Skor 7.38 yaitu strategi 4 yag diterapkan di UD. Berkah Kencana Desa Kadengan adalah penetrasi pasar. Disarankan untuk menambahkan alat pengujian strategi lain yang belum digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga penelitian selanjutnya akan lebih bervareasi dan memperoleh hasil yang maksimal."^^xsd:string;
