	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi penanganan pelanggaran reklame tanpa izin di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan teori George C. Edward III meliputi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan pelanggaran reklame telah dilaksanakan, tetapi belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Kendala utama meliputi belum optimalnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, keterbatasan sarana penertiban, serta belum optimalnya integrasi data perizinan antarinstansi. Meskipun demikian, aparat menunjukkan komitmen dan responsivitas dalam pelaksanaan penertiban. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan sosialisasi, sarana pendukung, dan integrasi data antarinstansi."^^xsd:string;
