	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Subbagian Rumah Tangga Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kriteria evaluasi William N. Dunn yang meliputi efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Subbagian Rumah Tangga secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik, terutama dalam pelaksanaan tugas, pemanfaatan sumber daya, pemerataan pelayanan, dan respons terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Namun, masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam kecepatan pelayanan, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, serta koordinasi antarpegawai untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas pelayanan internal."^^xsd:string;
