Repository Universitas BojonegoroEvaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun di Kabupaten Bojonegoro Tahun 2025RiniEny Sulistyo RiniauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi Program Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, sedangkan evaluasi mengacu pada enam indikator William N. Dunn (2003), yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program secara umum berjalan cukup baik dalam meningkatkan akses dan partisipasi pendidikan serta menekan angka putus sekolah. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam pemerataan kualitas layanan, akses pendidikan di beberapa wilayah, serta faktor sosial dan ekonomi.
