Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pelayanan jemput bola E-KTP di Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teori manajemen strategi Fred R. David (2011), yang meliputi perumusan, implementasi, dan evaluasi strategi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelayanan jemput bola telah dilaksanakan melalui penetapan sasaran, dukungan sumber daya, koordinasi lintas pihak, serta monitoring dan evaluasi.
