      "abstract": "Pelayanan publik berbasis digital melalui SIMAPDES di Desa Pekuwon bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, transparansi, dan kualitas pelayanan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teori Manajemen Strategis Fred R. David yang meliputi Perumusan Strategi, Implementasi Strategi, dan Evaluasi Strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga tahapan tersebut telah dilaksanakan melalui identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan sosialisasi, penerapan SOP, monitoring, serta pembaruan sistem. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala jaringan internet dan literasi digital masyarakat, SIMAPDES secara keseluruhan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, transparan, dan responsif.",
