Salah satu tahapan krusial dalam sistem pascapanen padi adalah proses pengeringan gabah. Mesin Pengering Bowler (Flatbed Dryer) memiliki keterbatasan kapasitas yang berpotensi menimbulkan antrian dan ketidakefisienan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja kapasitas mesin Bowler, membandingkan nilai ekonomi kedua jenis gabah, serta menentukan skenario pengoperasian paling optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Discrete Event Simulation (DES) dengan Arena Simulation. Model dibangun berdasarkan data operasional dari observasi, time study, dan wawancara di UD Agro Tani, Bojonegoro. Data meliputi kedatangan gabah 30 hari (156 batch: 85 konsumsi, 71 bibit), waktu proses, serta biaya dan pendapatan. Analisis distribusi input menghasilkan Weibull 1.5 + WEIB(1.5, 27.3) untuk kedatangan konsumsi, Uniform UNIF(1.5, 3.5) untuk kedatangan bibit, dan Triangular untuk waktu proses. Model telah divalidasi dengan uji-t (p-value &gt; 0,05). Simulasi dilakukan pada empat skenario: (1) FIFO, (2) Prioritas Bibit, (3) Prioritas Konsumsi, dan (4) Optimal Hybrid (batas waktu tunggu 4 jam), masing-masing 30 replikasi periode 720 jam. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan Skenario 1 (FIFO) sebagai skenario terbaik dengan total batch selesai rata-rata 8,73 batch per 30 hari (konsumsi 3,97 dan bibit 4,77) serta utilisasi mesin 100%. Skenario 2 menghasilkan 3,97 batch tanpa bibit selesai (turun 54,5%), Skenario 3 menghasilkan 4,93 batch tanpa konsumsi selesai (turun 43,5%), dan Skenario 4 menghasilkan 4,93 batch dengan 5 batch ditolak (turun 43,5%). Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan Skenario 1 menghasilkan profit tertinggi Rp 162.896.000 per 30 hari (Rp 5.429.867/hari), jauh di atas Skenario 2 (Rp 62.726.000), Skenario 3 (Rp 103.530.000), dan Skenario 4 (Rp 103.530.000). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem pengeringan dengan satu unit mesin Bowler memiliki kapasitas tidak mencukupi (hanya 5,98% batch terproses). Skenario FIFO terbukti lebih unggul karena mampu memproses kedua jenis gabah secara seimbang dengan throughput dan profit tertinggi.
