        abstract = {Inventory control is a crucial aspect in maintaining product availability while minimizing inventory costs. The Moro Tresno Souvenir Center in Bojonegoro Regency, as a distributor of Ledre products, faces challenges in determining optimal order quantities and timing. Therefore, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is required to improve inventory management efficiency. This study aims to analyze the economic order quantity, order frequency, safety stock, reorder point (ROP), Total Inventory Cost (TIC), and inventory cost efficiency of Ledre products. The study was conducted from April to June 2026 using quantitative methods. Respondents were managers of the Moro Tresno Souvenir Center, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the EOQ method. The results showed that the application of the EOQ method resulted in an optimal order quantity of 797 packs per order, with a frequency of 13 orders per year. The required safety stock was 64 packs, while the reorder point (ROP) was 201 packs. The Total Inventory Cost (TIC) comparison shows that the inventory cost based on company policy is Rp4,450,398, while with the EOQ method it is Rp1,501,166, resulting in an inventory cost efficiency of Rp2,949,232 or 66.27\%. These results indicate that the EOQ method is able to provide more efficient inventory control recommendations through determining the optimal order quantity, controlling reorder time, and reducing total inventory costs.},
