      "abstract": "Perkembangan teknologi dalam industri konstruksi mendorong penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi perencanaan proyek. Estimasi quantity take off merupakan tahapan penting dalam penyusunan estimasi biaya proyek konstruksi karena ketepatan perhitungan volume pekerjaan sangat memengaruhi akurasi biaya yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan BIM menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses estimasi biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil pemodelan tiga dimensi (3D), menghitung volume pekerjaan struktur, menyusun estimasi biaya, serta membandingkan akurasi estimasi biaya antara metode BIM 5D dan metode konvensional pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Administrasi Universitas Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memodelkan elemen struktur menggunakan Autodesk Revit, menganalisis quantity take off, menghitung estimasi biaya, serta membandingkan hasilnya dengan metode konvensional dan Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh elemen struktur berhasil dimodelkan secara tiga dimensi dan terintegrasi. Volume baja tulangan yang diperoleh sebesar 40.591,91 kg, sedangkan volume pekerjaan pengecoran sebesar 345,10 m\u00b3 untuk beton Ready Mix f\u2019c 25 MPa dan 6,98 m\u00b3 untuk beton semi mekanis f\u2019c 15 MPa. Perbandingan estimasi biaya menunjukkan bahwa Autodesk Revit menghasilkan estimasi biaya yang lebih rendah dibandingkan metode konvensional, dengan selisih Rp23.245.064,43 (3,21%) pada pekerjaan baja tulangan, Rp21.604.486,04 (5,23%) pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton Ready Mix f\u2019c 25 MPa dan Rp844.925,88 (9,50%) pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton semi mekanis f\u2019c 15 MPa.",
