	bibo:abstract "Ion logam Pb²⁺ merupakan pencemar logam berat toksik yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Metode deteksi konvensional (ICP-MS, SSA) memerlukan biaya tinggi dan waktu analisis lama, sehingga dikembangkan alternatif berupa sensor kolorimetri berbasis nanopartikel perak (AgNPs) yang disintesis secara hijau menggunakan ekstrak daun pegagan (Centella asiatica L.) sebagai bioreduktor. Optimasi dilakukan terhadap pH ekstrak, volume prekursor AgNO₃, dan volume ekstrak, dengan karakterisasi menggunakan UV-Vis, Particle Size Analyzer (PSA), dan Potensial Zeta. Kondisi optimum diperoleh pada pH 10, AgNO₃ 15 mL, dan ekstrak 3 mL, dengan puncak SPR pada 410–420 nm. Namun, karakterisasi PSA menunjukkan ukuran partikel belum sepenuhnya berada dalam kategori nano, dengan Z-average 148,3 nm, D50 214,4 nm, dan D90 577,5 nm; populasi dominan berada pada 290,9 nm (86,01%), sementara hanya 12,49% partikel berukuran nano (42,65 nm), disertai sebagian kecil agregat mikro (~4300 nm). Nilai PDI (0,4473) dan potensial zeta (−23,72 mV) mengindikasikan distribusi ukuran yang kurang homogen dan kestabilan koloid sedang. AgNPs-CA berhasil mendeteksi Pb²⁺ secara kolorimetri dengan selektivitas baik (Euclidean Distance = 77,57) dibandingkan Cu²⁺, Fe³⁺, dan Mn²⁺. Meski demikian, uji presisi menunjukkan hasil kurang memuaskan (%RSD 2,59–11,25%), yang sebagian besar melampaui batas keberterimaan (<5%), diduga akibat keterbatasan sensitivitas kamera smartphone sebagai alat pembaca warna. Secara keseluruhan, AgNPs berbasis ekstrak pegagan berpotensi sebagai sensor kolorimetri Pb²⁺, namun masih memerlukan optimasi lebih lanjut pada keseragaman ukuran partikel dan presisi metode pembacaan."^^xsd:string;
