Repository Universitas BojonegoroKarakteristik Marshal Campuran Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) Dengan Substitusi Filler Kapur dan Penambahan Serat Daun NanasMubinSulton Haqul MubinauthorTingginya beban lalu lintas membutuhkan perkerasan jalan yang kokoh seperti Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA), namun penggunaan material alternatif batu kapur (limestone) dan limbah serat daun nanas perlu dievaluasi pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua bahan tersebut terhadap karakteristik Marshall campuran SMA-Tipis dan menentukan kombinasi optimumnya. Metode eksperimen laboratorium mengacu Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 Revisi 2 menggunakan variasi filler batu kapur (0%, 3%, 7%) dan serat daun nanas (0%, 0,6%, 0,8%) pada aspal Pen 60/70 dengan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) 6,7%. Pengujian Marshall menghasilkan rentang nilai parameter: Stabilitas 1.431,62–2.042,65 kg (standar min. 600 kg); Flow 2,23–4,61 mm (standar 2–4,5 mm); VMA 18,04–25,09% (standar min. 17%); VFA 48,54–73,57%; Marshall Quotient (MQ) 330,52–1.203,43 kg/mm (standar min. 250 kg/mm); dan Density 2,06–2,25 gr/cm³. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat daun nanas dan filler kapur cenderung meningkatkan nilai VIM dan VMA. Meskipun mayoritas parameter memenuhi spesifikasi, nilai Void in Mix (VIM) pada seluruh variasi campuran bahan alternatif berada pada rentang 7,26%–12,97%, melampaui batas spesifikasi yang dipersyaratkan (3%–5%).
