	bibo:abstract "Kebisingan dan getaran merupakan faktor fisik di lingkungan industri yang berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan serta menurunkan kenyamanan dan keselamatan kerja. Pada industri penggilingan beras, proses pemantauan kebisingan dan getaran masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga tidak kontinu, dan belum mampu memberikan peringatan dini ketika terjadi kondisi berbahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prototype Smart Noise dan Vibration sebagai sistem monitoring dengan peringatan dini pada industri penggilingan beras. Metode yang digunakan adalah perancangan dan eksperimen melalui tahapan perancangan sistem, perakitan hardware, pemrograman mikrokontroler, serta pengujian prototype. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype berhasil dirancang dan berfungsi sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Pengujian gangguan pada tiga titik pengukuran menghasilkan rata-rata tingkat gangguan sebesar 84,48 dB pada prototype dan 83,93 dB pada Sound Level Meter, dengan rata-rata selisih sebesar 0,55 dB dan persentase error keseluruhan sebesar 0,67%. Pengukuran frekuensi getaran menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 244,2 Hz selama 10 hari pengujian. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa prototype mampu melakukan monitoring gangguan dan frekuensi getaran serta memberikan peringatan dini sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan kerja pada industri penggilingan beras."^^xsd:string;
