Plumpang District is located in an area rich in limestone reserves which are the main raw materials for various industries, such as cement, steel, and paper industries. By having abundant natural resources, the cost of lime production in this area tends to be lower compared to other areas. Therefore, this study aims to improve the company's competitiveness in the local market. This assistance focuses on two main strategies, namely the first, Cost Competitive Advantage and the second, Differentiation Competitive Advantage. The results of the study on the Application of Cost Competitive Advantage and Competitive Advantage Differentiation in the lime industry in Plumpang District, Tuban Regency, show that both strategies are able to provide a significant positive impact on the competitiveness and sustainability of the industry
