Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terhadap Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tuban

Poverty is a fundamental and complex issue that requires immediate attention. In addition, poverty serves as an indicator of socio-economic conditions and is commonly used to measure the success of regional development programs implemented by the government. This study aims to analyze the effects of economic growth, the Human Development Index (HDI), and the unemployment rate on poverty in Tuban Regency, as well as to determine whether there is a simultaneous relationship among these variables. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) covering the period from 2015 to 2025. The datas were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis based on time-series data from 2015 to 2025. The results indicate that economic growth and the unemployment rate have a positive but statistically insignificant effect on the poverty rate. In contrast, the Human Development Index (HDI) has a negative and statistically significant effect on poverty. Simultaneously, economic growth, the Human Development Index, and the unemployment rate significantly influence poverty levels
