Komparasi Profitabilitas dan Efisiensi Usahatani Cabai Kriting pada Model Bermitra dan Non Mitra di Kecamatan Singgahan Kabupaten Tuban

This study aims to analyze the profitability and efficiency of curly chili farming under partnership and non-partnership models in Singgahan Subdistrict, Tuban Regency. The study was motivated by the importance of increasing income and efficiency in curly chili farming as a high-value horticultural commodity, where the partnership model is expected to yield better benefits than the non-partnership model.The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample was determined using purposive sampling consisting of partner and non-partner farmers. The data used includes primary and secondary data, with profitability analysis using the R/C and B/C ratios, as well as efficiency analysis through input-output ratios.The results of the study indicate that partner farmers have higher levels of profitability and efficiency compared to non-partner farmers. This is evidenced by a higher R/C ratio, more optimal input utilization, and more efficient production costs.In conclusion, the partnership model has a positive effect on increasing the profitability and efficiency of curly chili farming. Therefore, the development of partnerships needs to be continuously encouraged to improve farmers’ welfare.
