PENGARUH INVESTASI, UPAH MINIMUM, PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN INFLASI TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2007-2023

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Investment, Minimum Wages, Economic Growth and Inflation on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province. This research method was carried out using a descriptive quantitative analysis approach, the population used in this study was all data on Investment, Minimum Wages, Economic Growth, Inflation and Open Unemployment in West Java Province. While the sample used in the study was data on Investment, Minimum Wages, Economic Growth, Inflation and Open Unemployment in West Java Province with data that had been observed, namely time series data from 2007 to 2023. Data was obtained from secondary data (from third parties), namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression, with classical assumption tests, T tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests from Eviews, it can be concluded that the coefficient value of the variable is Y = 75.65077 + 1.97E-05 (X1) - 4.693815 (X2) - 0.365851 (X3) - 0.019316 (X4). The partial results of the study are that investment has a positive and insignificant effect on open unemployment in West Java Province, Minimum Wage has a negative and significant effect on open unemployment in West Java Province, Economic Growth has a negative and significant effect on open unemployment in West Java Province and Inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on open unemployment in West Java Province. The simultaneous results of Investment, Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Inflation together have an effect on Open Unemployment. The results of this study can provide empirical information that the government and society must be able to realize a good economy by increasing economic growth and handling economic problems so as not to hinder the economic process of a region.
