KEBERLANJUTAN PENGELOLAAN AGROFORESTRI MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALISIS SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Di WILAYAH BKPH SEKARAN

Forests provide enormous benefits for human life, animals and plants. Therefore forests have a very important role in maintaining ecology, contributing to human welfare in terms of natural resources. However, the conversion of forests into agricultural land, plantations, and settlements continues to increase which causes land degradation. To deal with this problem people need productive land with forest preservation such as agroforestri. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors that affect the sustainability of agroforestri management and to find out the agroforestri sustainability management strategy. This research uses SEM-PLS analysis, and MCDM, this research uses 69 samples. this type of research is quantitative and qualitative or mixed methods, the data used is primary data using questionnaire data collection methods, while secondary data uses interview data collection methods. The results of this study, the factors that affect the sustainability of groforestri are: the first is ecological factors, the second is social factors and the third is economic. then on the most important agroforestry management strategy is ecological factors, the second is social factors, and the last is economic. with the most important alternative is community empowerment, the second is the application of conservation-based agroforestry, and the last is product diversification.
