EVALUASI OPTIMASI WAKTU DAN BIAYA DENGAN METODE FAST TRACK DAN CRASHING PADA PROYEK REHABILITASI JEMBATAN SUGIHWARAS

It is not unusual if we encounter projects that do not comply with the initial plan while the project work is being implemented. Lack of control over costs and time is the root cause of this problem. The bridge project is in Trate Village, precisely in Sugihwaras District, Bojonegoro. The bridge was widened on both sides of the bridge and the River TPT by +1.6m. The overall budget for the Sugihwaras Bridge Rehabilitation project is IDR 754,439,297.40 (Seven Hundred Fifty Four Million Four Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Seven Point Forty Rupiah). However, the project encountered problems that caused it to be delayed by thirty calendar days. Where the project which was supposed to be completed on November 13 2023 according to the SPK, experienced delays so that on December 14 2023 the project was only completed. Determining cost and time performance, the value of project time optimization, and the time difference between the plan and project optimization are the objectives of this writing. The fast track method and crashing method were used in this research. when the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) method is subject to a crashing method. Based on the results of research using the fast track system, there was a time reduction of 37 days and cost savings of IDR 46,593,754.35 (0.06%). On the other hand, using the Crashing method, the value obtained from optimizing project time using TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) after adding two hours of overtime to important operations accelerates its duration by 27 days. There is time optimization using TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) for the duration of the project according to the intended schedule, namely 90 days so that the completion time is 63 days. and a reduction in costs of 0.04% (Rp. 32,809,859.00). This shows how project completion time can be managed optimally by using the Fast Track method.
